ForestHill’s activity-based programs support neurodiverse learners, typical students, and high-achieving students through, hands-on experiences that build focus, confidence, and engagement.
Our approach is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all, helping learning feel attainable, meaningful, and sustainable.
Art, visual design, music exploration, and creative projects that support emotional expression, sustained attention, and task completion.
These activities help students develop self-regulation and confidence while engaging in meaningful, interest-based learning.
Coding, logic games, puzzles, typing, chess, and structured problem-solving activities that strengthen persistence, flexible thinking, and learning stamina.
These activities are designed to support students who benefit from clear structure while building independence and confidence in their thinking.
Skating, physical coordination activities, and seasonal sports delivered through structured routines in community environments.
Movement-based activities support regulation, coordination, and sustained attention — especially for students who learn best when their bodies are actively engaged.
Each program is designed to balance predictability with flexibility, creating a supportive environment where students feel safe, engaged, and appropriately challenged.
• Programs are delivered in structured, activity-based formats
• Sessions may be one-to-one or small group (up to four participants)
• Activities follow predictable routines with clear transitions
• Multiple activities may be combined within a single session

ForestHill’s activity-based programs are not limited to any single type of learner.
We work with children and youth who:
• Benefit from hands-on, interest-based learning
• Prefer structured routines and clear expectations
• Thrive with individualized pacing and guidance
• May be working alongside families or external professionals
• Seek supportive environments that build confidence, engagement, and long-term skills
